In-House Leadership Development and Leadership Coaching Sessions

The purpose of this document is to outline what could be offered to grow and develop the leaders within your organisation. To equip and empower them to lead with a servant and human-centred approach.

The most dangerous leadership myth is that leaders are born – that there is a genetic factor to leadership. That is nonsense: in fact, the opposite is true.

Leaders are made rather than born!

Warren Buffet

My passion for Leadership Development

Back in 2008, finding myself in a leadership role I started to explore what it means to be a leader. It started with understanding WHAT leadership was about and setting a goal of WHAT I wanted to achieve as a leader. Were there good role models that I could align with and aspire to? Then I discovered that in order to be the leader I wanted to be I had to discover WHO I was and WHO I wanted to be as a human being and what would set me apart as a leader? Then I learned HOW to apply WHO I am while achieving WHAT I do. Along the way I also learned to help others to develop WHO they wanted to be and HOW to apply WHO they are to achieve WHAT they had set their minds to.

This interactive leadership development program includes the learning from my journey and I hope you will find it valuable for your own leadership growth.
